Winter is the Perfect Opportunity to Care for Your Forested Property

Learn how our woodlot management can refresh your land

With winter's arrival, many of us resolve to hibernate indoors and wait for spring's impending arrival. While the weather may be a bit colder, you don't have to neglect your property through the winter months. Instead, this is the perfect time to focus on making largescale adjustments to your property. Whether you're envisioning the creation of a new trail system, want to create additional openings in your treeline, or you're simply ready to get rid of some diseased specimens, we're ready to help.

Learn how our winter woodlot management will make your property ready for the season ahead.

Let's Blaze New Trails this Winter

Is your existing trail system neglected or overgrown? Maybe you don't currently have any trails in your forest but you would like to gain access for exploration? We provide trail clearing & creation services for landowners with properties of all sizes.

Work with our forestry experts to identify the best solutions for breathing new life into your property, while simultaneously minimizing the impact on the environment and local wildlife.

Diversify the Biological Makeup of Your Land

Looking to enhance the diversity of a plantation type forest? One of the best ways is to create some openings in the canopy by removing random clusters of trees, allowing sunlight to reach the forest floor and promote natural regeneration.

Our educated staff has numerous educational credentials and we've successfully partnered with landowners across southern Ontario to help them with their forestry needs. We have the know-how and experience you need to keep your property on the right track.

Need to Get Rid of Bad Trees?

Have some precarious trees near your laneway, shed, or other structures? Winter ice and snow can cause damage to a forest and sometimes those damaged trees can pose a threat to health and property. In such cases, removing the hazard trees near laneways and structures is always recommended.

A Trusted Local Partner

A quick note about how we do things.

In an effort to keep our overhead to a minimum (and therefore our pricing competitive) we do not provide free estimates.

We do have a pricing page here on our website, and would love to talk with you about your property and discuss ways in which we may be able to help you out.

However there is a consultation fee if you would like to have one of our designers or horticulturalists meet you on your property to start generating ideas and pricing. Thanks.
